Infrastructure projects impact properties, requiring solid right-of-way design with accurate surveys and an understanding of property ownership. Our right-of-way design staff includes licensed surveyors and technicians who work with project managers to research, identify, and/or mitigate potential risks early in the design process.
Acquisition Services
We follow strict state and federal laws when acquiring properties impacted by infrastructure projects, while maintaining sensitivity to property owners. Our comprehensive, in-house right-of-way team includes licensed realtors who coordinate the design and acquisition process seamlessly, facilitate land access, provide professional services, and support property owners with fair and timely settlements so clients can move their projects forward.
Relocation Services
Our certified relocation agents assist in identifying comparable replacement properties, complete required relocation studies, and develop a smooth transition for commercial and residential property owners. Our right-of-way staff works closely with public involvement professionals to provide each property owner with timely and accurate information, friendly and transparent communications, and relocation services that address their unique needs.
Documentation & Communication
We use GIS to display project maps to spatially track property owner information, document communication with the property owner, and view real-time parcel acquisition status and costs. This database enables the project team to identify high-risk stakeholders early in the process, allow for adequate acquisition time, and manage schedule and cost more efficiently.
