Reservoir and Water Main Project

Location: Hatton, WA: The concrete reservoir that previously served the Town had severe cracking in the roof, which allowed rainwater to wash in dirt, insects, and animal waste, creating a serious public health hazard. It was undersized and had exceeded its useful life expectancy. Horrocks designed and constructed a new 106,000-gallon water reservoir, as well as improvements including electrical, controls, telemetry, site piping, and a valve vault structure. We worked with the Town to acquire funding for replacement of approximately 5,000 feet of water distribution mains. The project was awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
