Austin Chappell Austin works in the St. George office and has been with Horrocks for 5 years. He has 8 years of experience as a project engineer with extensive experience in construction management and design of transportation infrastructure projects.
Chris Melander Chris works in the Boise office and has been with Horrocks for 4 years. He has 10 years of experience in transportation engineering specializing in geometric design, traffic control, cost estimating, and project management.
David Simmons David is a structures design lead and bridge inspection team leader with 9 years of bridge inspection, structure design, and load rating experience. He works in the Pleasant Grove office and has been with Horrocks for 4 years.
Dustin Richins Dustin has been with Horrocks for 11 years. He currently works at the Pleasant Grove office and has experience in transportation and construction.
Jared Olsen Jared works in the Las Vegas office and has been with Horrocks for 9 years. He has more than 9 years of experience in structural engineering, specializing in large water storage tanks, bridge and major interchange design, and many water/sewer structures.
Jordan Sheets Jordan is a design engineer at Horrocks with more than 9 years of experience in both transportation and land development. He works in the Pleasant Grove office and has been with Horrocks for 4 years.
Karie Davidson Karie has been with Horrocks for 5 years and works in the Spokane office. She is a project engineer with experience in structures, transportation, and roadway design.
Kasey Chesnut Kasey has been at the Horrocks Pleasant Grove office for just 1 year, but has more than 15 years of experience with a strong background in water and wastewater engineering. Kasey previously worked with the Salt Lake City Public Utilities Department managing the water utility budget.
Katie Kourianos Katie has been with Horrocks for 1 year in the Public Involvement department at the Pleasant Grove office. She has nearly a decade of experience in communications.
Kip Davidson Kip works in the Boise office and has been with Horrocks for 5 years. He has experience in transportation engineering, which has been comprised of roadway project development for ITD and local agencies.
Leith Sheets Leith is a project engineer with 12 years of experience in the development, design and construction management of residential, commercial and transportation projects. He has been with Horrocks for 4 years and works in the Idaho Falls office.
Mark Atencio Mark has been with Horrocks in the Pleasant Grove office for just 1 year, but has more than 25 years of experience of successful development, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of water resource projects.
Michelle Craner Michelle has been with Horrocks for 11 years and manages the materials labs. She is a fully certified, CEMT and IQP qualified materials technician with 27 years experience in materials testing, inspection, and documentation.
Mike Raddon Mike is the Marketing Supervisor in the Pleasant Grove office and has been with Horrocks for 3 years. He has over 14 years of experience in marketing and public relations and currently oversees the preparation of proposals to promote Horrocks and secure work.
Steve Bellino Steve has worked in the Las Vegas office for 2 years. He has 14 years of experience providing public clients with detailed designs for urban freeways, interchanges, arterials, flood control facilities, and utilities.
Tony Curtis Tony has been with Horrocks for 5 years and works in the Pleasant Grove office. He has more than 5 years of structural design experience. His expertise includes bridges, hydraulic structures, and buildings using a variety of materials.
Trevor Youd Trevor works in the Pleasant Grove office and has been with Horrocks for 9 years. His roadway design experience includes interchange design, urban arterials, urban and rural collectors, and roundabouts. He also has experience in asset management and communication network design.
Tyrone Atkin Tyrone is a transportation engineer that works in the St. George office. He has been with Horrocks for 8 years and has experience in numerous transportation projects.
