Horrocks Engineers is pleased to announce that Belsby Engineering has joined our team in Spokane, Washington. Belsby Engineering was founded nearly 20 years ago by Brian Belsby and provides intelligent, responsible design solutions to private clients, public agencies, and other consultants. Belsby’s staff of nine civil engineers, designers, land surveyors, and support staff will complement Horrocks' full-service engineering capabilities by providing roadway design; site planning; grant writing; design of water, sewer, and drainage systems; and subdivision design.
Horrocks President Russell Youd welcomed Belsby and his team to the Horrocks family on Tuesday, September 19, with an introduction to Horrocks' Idaho staff. "We are thrilled to be able to better serve clients in northern Idaho and eastern Washington through our combined resources," says Youd.
Horrocks and Belsby staff look forward to working with clients from their office located at 1325 W 1st Ave, Suite 204 in Spokane.
