A New Dallas, Texas Office

Subsurface Utility Engineering in Texas

Horrocks’ North Texas SUE Manager, Glenn Fox, explained, “Expansion into the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex is a great opportunity for Horrocks to showcase our subsurface utility engineering (SUE) services.” Horrocks has been providing civil engineering and utility-related services to clients for more than 50 years. Over time, those services have grown to span eight states and to include utility coordination, data management, and SUE. Because Horrocks also performs engineering design work, we have a unique, firsthand understanding of how important it is to collect accurate utility data as quickly and efficiently as possible. This allows designers enough time to accommodate potential conflicts and avoid costly project delays.

Our SUE staff provides all ASCE 38 quality levels of SUE, including test-holes, to obtain accurate subsurface utility data that can reduce risk, provide cost-saving measures, and prevent schedule delays. Horrocks’ crews are cross-trained to collect their own data.
